Nick is an experienced housing professional who joined Nottingham City Homes in 2011. As well as leading the company overall, steering and influencing the development and management of council housing in the city, Nick represents Nottingham at a national level. He’s a member of the National Federation of ALMOs (NFA) Executive Steering Group and the Chartered Institute of Housing’s Policy Advisory Committee. He’s also a trustee of a local charity that helps to tackle disadvantage in the city.
Nick lives in Nottingham with his family. He enjoys travel, live music, sport and making the most of the city’s thriving cultural events and activities.
George has been with Nottingham City Homes since 2008. He is responsible for the organisation’s human resources and change management processes, and is committed to equality in employment and in service delivery and accessibility.
George lives in Nottingham with his family. He enjoys music and reading.
Jonathan Shaw BAcc, ACMA, CGMA
Director of Investment and Business Services
Jonathan is responsible for finance and procurement, ICT, business transformation, communications and market rent activity. He joined Nottingham City Homes in March 2013 from Sheffield Homes where he was joint Chief Operating Officer. Before he came to social housing, Jonathan had various roles in the private sector.
He is a director of not-for-profit procurement consortium Efficiency East Midlands.
He originates from Glasgow, and enjoys travel, tennis and walking.
Delroy Beverley CCMI, MIoD
Director of Construction, Repairs and Maintenance Services
Delroy has almost three decades of experience in housing, local government and the private sector, where he's held senior roles in Asset Management and Repairs and Maintenance. As well as his strategic director responsibilities for NCH, he is responsible for construction, planned, responsive and capital works, housing investment programmes, energy efficiency, Decent Neighbourhoods and commercial works.
Delroy has been listed as one of Inside Housing's most pre-eminent black and minority ethnic leaders in 2018. He is also a member of the Government’s Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation Board, and a National Judge for the Management and Leadership Book of the Year Awards through the British Library. He is also proud to be a member of the Speakers4 Schools Charity,
Outside work, Delroy enjoys team-based sports, including the occasional game of rugby union as part of a Seniors team. A committed Christian, he also devotes much of his time to Church.
