Our Executive Management Team and structure
Nick is an experienced housing professional who joined Nottingham City Homes in 2011. As well as leading the company overall, steering and influencing the development and management of council housing in the city, Nick represents Nottingham at a national level. He’s a member of the National Federation of ALMOs (NFA) Executive Steering Group and the Chartered Institute of Housing’s Policy Advisory Committee. He’s also a trustee of a local charity that helps to tackle disadvantage in the city.
Nick lives in Nottingham with his family. He enjoys travel, live music, sport and making the most of the city’s thriving cultural events and activities.
Director of Property
Adrian has held a variety of positions in the housing sector, in a career spanning over 30 years. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing with a personal and professional commitment to improving services to tenants and residents, and engaging effectively with staff. He is passionate about delivering excellent services that are efficient and high performing to benefit Nottingham residents.
Away from work, Adrian spends time with his family and enjoys playing tennis, table tennis and badminton.

With a career spanning more than 25 years in housing, Steve has worked with ALMOs, local authorities and housing associations across the East Midlands, Yorkshire and the North West in a wide range of roles.
He has extensive experience at national level, and has worked with the National Federation of ALMOs (NFA) and government departments on the removal of the Housing Revenue Account Debt Cap. He has a BA (Hons) in Housing Studies and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Outside work, Steve is an FA qualified football coach and is heavily involved in junior football. He also enjoys live music, and in normal times Rock City is one of his favourite venues.

Before moving into the public sector and social housing in 2005, Jo was a senior finance professional across a range of market leading FTSE100 companies. At NCH, she works with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver the ambitious Corporate Plan, which is underpinned by robust performance monitoring processes. Jo also leads on the value for money agenda and on delivering social impact across our .
In her spare time, Jo enjoys reading, and keeping fit through running, including taking part in Parkruns and the occasional 10k race.
