Home of the Week

Every week, we feature a home to let that may be of interest to you. Our Homes of the Week are always different properties – houses, bungalows and flats – that you can bid for.

To bid on a Home of the Week, or for any other property, you must be registered and have a bidding number. You must also meet the eligibility criteria for that property.

Strelley Court main building

Strelley Court, Strelley

Would you like to be the first to live in one of these fabulous new build apartments? They're perfect for anyone looking to downsize and take advantage of our independent living services.

Each apartment has an entrance hallway, leading to an open plan lounge/kitchen with a Juliette balcony. Apartments also have bathrooms with a level access shower, and good sized bedrooms.

Apartments also have gas central heating, double glazed windows, resident's car parking and lift access to all floors. There is a landscaped  private garden for residents' use.

There are two residents’ common rooms where you can relax and enjoy the company of your neighbours. Because this is a new development, you'll be able to help shape your community and have your say in what activities you'd like to see take place.

The new Strelley Library is literally next door, and bus stops are within walking distance, as is Asda, local shops and a dentist.

For an informal chat, please contact Terri on 0115 746 9619.

First priority will be given to applicants who currently live in the Aspley ward, then those living outside the ward will be considered. Priority will also be given to applicants releasing social housing. Couples, singles, 60 and over and then 55 and over with DLA/PIP. No applicant with a risk of
anti-social behaviour considered.
