Repairs Service Standards

Since March 2020 when the lockdown began we have been unable to run our repairs service to full capacity and have prioritised emergency repairs. During this period we've carried out 12,000 emergency repairs.

We have introduced a set of temporary repairs and maintenance service standards to make sure that we are still delivering the best service we can for our residents during this difficult time.

 A note on safety

Our staff will wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as appropriate, and will ask you to stay two meters away while they undertake your repairs. In some cases, they will ask that you go to a separate room while they’re there, to keep risk to a minimum.
